हर हर महादेव भक्तो, हर साल फाल्गुन मास के कृष्णपक्ष की चतुर्दशी तिथि को महाशिवरात्रि (Mahshivratri kab hai 2022) कहा जाता है जिसे साल की सबसे बड़ी शिवरात्रि माना जाता है। मान्यता है कि इसी दिन महादेव और माता पार्वती (Mahadev and Mata Parvati) का वि​वाह हुआ था। ये दिन माता पार्वती और महादेव के साथ उनके भक्तों के लिए भी विशेष है।

इस दिन सुबह से ही मंदिरों (Temples) में भक्तों की कतार लग जाती है। लोग महादेव का विशेष पूजन करने के साथ व्रत उपवास भी रखते हैं और भगवान से अपनी मनोकामना पूर्ति के लिए प्रार्थना करते हैं। महाशिवरात्रि की रात को जागरण का भी विशेष ​महत्व है। आइये जानते है इस बार महाशिवरात्रि कब है 2022 (Mahshivratri kab hai 2022).

इस साल यह पर्व 1 मार्च 2022,(01/03/2022), मंगलवार (Tuesday)  को मनाया जाएगा।

महाशिवरात्रि का शुभ मुहूर्त 2022 (Mahashivratri kab hai)

  • महाशिवरात्रि प्रारम्भ – 1 मार्च 2022 को मंगलवार को सुबह 3:16 AM से
  • महाशिवरात्रि समाप्त – 2 मार्च 2022 को बुधवार सुबह 10:00 AM तक
  • रात्रि में पूजन का शुभ समय शाम 06 बजकर 22 मिनट से शुरू होकर रात 12 बजकर 33 मिनट तक होगी।

महाशिवरात्रि चार पहर की पूजा का समय-

  • पहले पहर की पूजा 1 मार्च को शाम 06 बजकर 21 मिनट से रात 09 बजकर 27 मिनट तक रहेगी।
  • दूसरी पहर की पूजा 1 मार्च को रात 09 बजकर 27 मिनट से रात 12 बजकर 33 मिनट तक रहेगी।
  • तीसरे पहर की पूजा रात 12 बजकर 33 मिनट से सुबह 3 बजकर 39 मिनट तक रहेगी।
  • चौथे पहर की पूजा 2 मार्च को सुबह 03 बजकर 39 मिनट से 06 बजकर 45 मिनट तक रहेगा।

महाशिवरात्रि  व्रत पारण का शुभ समय- 

  • 2 मार्च दिन बुधवार को 06 बजकर 46 मिनट तक रहेगा।

महाशिवरात्रि 2022 पूजा विधि-

  • सबसे पहल आपको मिट्टी या तांबे के लोटे में पानी या दूध भरकर ऊपर से बेलपत्र, आक-धतूरे के फूल, चावल आदि जालकर शिवलिंग पर चढ़ाना चाहिए।
  • इसके बाद महादेव को बेलपत्र, भांग, धतूरा, जायफल, कमल गट्टे, फल, मिष्ठान, मीठा पान, इत्र आदि चढ़ाएं। मातारानी को सुहाग का सामान चढ़ाएं और दक्षिणा अर्पित करें। इसके बाद शिव चालीसा का पाठ करें। ‘ॐ नमः शिवाय’ या ‘ॐ नमो भगवते रूद्राय नम:’ मंत्र का जाप करें। महाशिवरात्रि के दिन उपवास और रात्रि जागरण का भी विधान है।
  • शास्त्रों के अनुसार, महाशिवरात्रि का पूजा निशील काल में करना उत्तम माना गया है। हालांकि भक्त अपनी सुविधानुसार भी भगवान शिव की पूजा कर सकते हैं।
  • इसके बाद प्रेम पूर्वक आरती गाएं और आखिर में केसर युक्त खीर का भोग लगा कर प्रसाद बांटें।

New Delhi: The OTT giant Amazon Prime Video today unveiled the trailer of the much-awaited sequel of the Malayalam thriller, Drishyam 2, starring Mohanlal in the lead role. All set to release globally on February 19, 2021, the film is written and directed by Jeethu Joseph. 

It stars Meena, Siddique, Asha Sharath, Murali Gopy, Ansiba, Esther and Saikumar in pivotal roles. Drishyam 2 has been produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.

The trailer takes the viewers into the intriguing world of Georgekutty (essayed by Mohanlal) and his family and how their lives have altered post that one fateful night. The gripping tale will keep the fans at the edge of their seats, as the man of the house strives to protect his family once again.

South Korea will maintain its current social distancing levels until the end of February 14, health officials announced Saturday.

Some adjustments will be made to business opening hours due to economic hardships, South Korean Vice Health Minister Kang Do-tae said.

Last week, the ministry said it would review easing the restrictions for the coming holiday week. The measures in the Seoul Metropolitan Area are at the second highest level and third highest for the rest of the country.

Kang said previous social distancing rules, including the ban of gathering of 5 people or more, will remain in place during the Lunar New Year holiday.

Prime Minister Chung Sye-kyun said Saturday that restaurants, gyms, karaoke rooms and cafes outside of greater Seoul will be allowed to open for an extra hour until 10 p.m. local time, staring next week.

The decision was made because “small business owners have reached their limit”, and not because the Covid-19 situation is in submission. This measure would affect 580,000 businesses, he said.

South Korea reported 366 local and 27 imported cases Friday. Five patients died Friday, raising the national death toll to 1,464.

There has been 70,505 confirmed cases of Covid-19 in the country.

Mumbai: Actor Rajkummar Rao, noted for his nuanced performances, says cinema is changing and aspiring artistes must prepare first before coming to Mumbai.

“The only talent I had is that I fell in love with my art. I fell in love with acting as a kid. I was never chasing fame or money. I thought to myself that this is something I really love and I want to do for the rest of my life. With that dream, I started doing theatre in Delhi and later joined the film institute in Pune because I didn’t wanted to come to this city unprepared,” said Rao.

“I wanted to train myself first. This is something I often tell budding actors – (don’t do it) just because your friends believe you can mimic and you have good looks and you should go to Mumbai. Do not come to Mumbai unprepared, especially now, when cinema is changing. We need talent out here now. So train yourself first and then come to this city, as there are so many wonderful opportunities. The only talent I had was not to give up and keep chasing my dream without having any plan B,” said Rao, while interacting with the media at the launch of Satyam Srivastava and Rajeev Garg’s book, “Neelkanth”.

Talking about the book, the actor said, “It’s a mystery thriller about a cop in Delhi, so the concept of this book itself excited me a lot. After knowing both of them and after knowing its basic storyline, I am looking forward to reading it.”

Asked if he would like to be a part of the film which is reportedly planned on the book, he said, “Absolutely! I am always in a search of good stories so that we can make a film out of it. I am sure it will be an interesting and exciting book, so I think we can make a major feature film out of this book.”

Rao will next be seen in Abhishek Jain’s ‘Hum Do Humare Do’ with Kriti Sanon, Hardik Mehta’s ‘Roohi Afzana’ with Janhvi Kapoor, and Harshvardhan Kulkarni’s ‘Badhaai Do’ with Bhumi Pednekar.

Here are a few lesser known facts about the dazzling dancer:

1. Nora Fatehi made her Bollywood entry with ‘Roar: Tigers of the Sundarbans’ in 2014. Helmed by Kamal Sadanah, the star cast involved Abhinav Shukla, Himarsha Venkatsamy and Achint Kaur among others.

2. She has been a part of several regional language films including Telugu, Malayalam and Tamil movies. Marking her debut in the Telugu film industry with Puri Jagannadh’s ‘Temper’, Nora performed a dance sequence in the movie.

3. Nora Fatehi participated in the controversial reality show ‘Bigg Boss 9’ in 2015. Her relationship with Prince Narula became a much-talked about aspect of the show. However, Nora maintained that the duo were not together. 

4. Nora’s family is from Morocco, but she was born and raised in Canada. The ‘Street Dancer 3D’ actress asserts that she is Indian at heart. 

5. Nora Fatehi collaborated with Rayvanny, a famous Tanzanian musician for  the song ‘Pepeta’. She also turned producer for the project.

6. Nora has featured in many music videos exhibiting her impeccable dance skills. In 2018, the song ‘Dilbar’ in ’Satyamev Jayate’ gave Nora her due recognition.  She also worked with the Moroccan hip-hop group Fnaïre [fr] to release an Arabic version of the Dilbar song.

In a recent interview with actress Kareena Kapoor, Nora revealed the challenges and stereotypes she faced during her initial days in the film industry. 

On the work front, besides ‘Chhor Denge’, Nora Fatehi collaborated with Punjabi singing sensation Guru Randhawa recently for ‘Nach Meri Rani’ song, which turned out to be a chartbuster.  ‘Kamariya’, ‘O Saki Saki’ and ‘Garmi’ are some of her other blockbuster songs to name a few.

Mumbai: Bigg Boss host Salman Khan is irked with the antics of Rakhi Sawant in the ongoing season 14 of the show, and has asked her to leave the show if she cannot stay within limits.

In the latest promo of upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode, Salman is seen lashing out at Rakhi Sawant for losing control of her language and saying mean things to contestants. He is so angry that he simply refuses to even listen to Rakhi’s justifications.

The latest promo shows Salman scolding the housemates for their behaviour. In the clip, he also asks Rakhi to go into the theatre so that he could talk to her.

During their conversation, Salman tells Rakhi that he has always supported her, and then goes on to criticise her for crossing her line in the name of providing entertainment. He declares the show doesn’t need the type of entertainment she is engaging in.

“Logo pe lanchan lagati ho, unke character pe sawal uthati ho (You accuse people, question their characters),” Salman says.

Rakhi starts to explain herself, saying: “Bolna sahi nahi hai sir, but (It is wrong to state, but)…”

Salman stops her midway and angrily continues: “Maine humesha support kiya, agar ye entertainment hai toh humko entertainment nahi chahiye. Agar aap apne aapko line cross karne se nahi rok sakti toh aap is waqt ye show chor kar jaa sakti hain. Please darwaza khol dijiye (I have always supported you. If this is entertainment, we do not need it. If you cannot stop yourself from crossing the line, you may simply walk out of the house right now),” he said.

In the promo, the superstar host is seen getting angry at others in the house, too, slamming them for belittling someone’s emotion and outburst as a way to create “content” and seek “footage”.

He says: “Ye kyu sunayi deta hai is season ke andar ki content ke liye kar rahe ho. Kya mai ye content ke liye kar raha hu? Bhad me gaya content! Jo harkatein ho rahi hai ghar ke andar, aap log bol rahe hain aur wahi humlog dikha rahe hain (why do we hear that you are doing this for content? Am I doing this for content? Let content go to hell. We show what you guys do and say in the house).”

New Delhi: The makers of 1962: The War In The Hills have released the original soundtrack from the show – ‘Hum Shaan Se Jalne Nikle Hai’. With music composed by Hitesh Modak, the heart-touching music video is an emotional narration of the many sacrifices of a soldier who sets off to serve his country without fearing for his own life. 

Singers Vijay Prakash, Salman Ali and Hitesh Modak, with their soulful vocals, have effortlessly weaved in multiple emotions associated with the story. Lavraj has penned the lyrics which are an embodiment of true patriotism. The six other songs that play throughout the series have been sung by some of the finest singers in India – Sukhwinder Singh, Vijay Prakash, Salman Ali, Shailey Bidwaikar and Shahjan Mujeeb among others. 

Director of the series Mahesh Manjrekar said, “1962: The War In The Hills is a very powerful story about bravery and valour, and we wanted an equally powerful soundtrack that brings out the true emotions of the story. Hitesh and everyone else have done a tremendous job at creating a musical marvel. Hum Shaan Se Jalne Nikle Hai has the power to move people and fill them up with pride.”

 Hitesh Modak added, “1962: The War in the Hills is an extraordinary tale of love, sacrifice and bravery; and I wanted to bring out the intensity of these emotions through the different songs. The entire album is a diverse collection of tunes, with each song signifying a different feeling – be it grief, happiness or honour. Working on this project has been a truly magical experience and I hope people are able to relate to the emotions strung in these melodies.”

Directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, the series features an ensemble cast including actor Abhay Deol, Mahie Gill, Akash Thosar, Sumeet Vyas and many others. 1962: The War In The Hills is inspired by true events that take us back to November 1962 when an outnumbered troop of 125 Indian soldiers valiantly fought against 3000 Chinese in an act of remarkable bravery and courage.
